Bangladesh in Sri Lanka 2019

The Bangladesh cricket group is planned to visit Sri Lanka in July 2019 to play three One Day International (ODI) matches.[1][2] Originally, the visit was booked to occur in December 2019,[3][4] yet it was moved to abstain from conflicting with the 2019–20 Bangladesh Premier League tournament.[5] On 11 May 2019, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Nazmul Hasan Papon expressed that the Bangladesh group was probably not going to continue with an arranged visit to Sri Lanka in July, refering to fears that the nation could be hit by another psychological militant assault, following the Easter bombings on 21 April 2019.[6][7][8] On 27 June 2019, it was accounted for that four National Security Intelligence (NSI) work force, the non military personnel knowledge organization of Bangladesh, were sent to Sri Lanka to survey the situation.[9] On 8 July 2019, Sri Lanka Cricket affirmed that the visit would go ahead,[10] with every one of the three matches occurring at the R.
