That's it from this game then! The final game of the round-robin is on Sunday, 12th of November and it is a clash between India and Netherlands. The game begins at 2 pm IST (8.30 am GMT) but our build-up will begin much sooner. Until then, take care and goodbye!
The captain of England, Jos Buttler says it has been a disappointing tournament. Adds they did well today and he is happy about it. Mentions Ben Stokes is a special player and they missed him at the start but they are a good team and they showed what they're capable of. Adds Willey has been really good, this is a special side and he is sure they'll push from here.
Pakistan's skipper Babar Azam says that it was a very disappointing defeat. Feels that it would have been a different story had they won the South Africa game. Mentions that they gave their best but could not get the momentum after a couple of losses. Feels that they gave away 20-30 runs extra. Reckons that spinners lacked wickets in the middle phase which did not help them. States that they will sit together and discuss their mistakes. Ends by informing that he will do his best to pitch in with his experience.
David Willey is the Player of the Match in his last England appearance. He says that the tournament did not go to plan which was disappointing. Says that to be able to perform and get to 100 wickets was a nice way to finish. Mentions that they have massive talent in the dressing room but they have underperformed which is disappointing. Feels that not many players get to walk out on their own terms. Shares that it has been a proud feeling every time he pulled on an England shirt. Ends by saying that even though he did not play in the T20 World Cup in  Australia, that moment was very special.
Time for the presentation ceremony...
Pakistan on the other hand, just kept losing wickets at regular intervals. They were always on the back foot because of that. A few of their batters got off to starts but none went on to make it big. They were outplayed by a better side on this day.
A thumping win for England to secure their Champions trophy spot. A complete performance from them which had been missing in this tournament. It was their batting which put on a really good show in the first half. The likes of Jonny Bairstow, Joe Root and Ben Stokes got them to a score which we felt was over par and then it was the bowlers who came to the fore. David Willey was excellent with the new ball and Gus Atkinson and the spinners continued the good work. It was a total team effort from the English in an important game.

OUT! IN THE AIR AND TAKEN! The fun is over as England register a convincing win! Chris Woakes serves it full and slower, at the stumps, Haris Rauf backs away to go down the ground but ends up hitting it straight in the air towards long on. Ben Stokes settles under it and reverse cups it with ease. Chris Woakes has a wicket to his name and England win by 93 runs!

Bangs it in short, around off, slower as well, Mohammad Wasim walks across to pull but gloves it behind the stumps and Jos Buttler makes a good stop diving away to his left. David Willey finishes his quota of 10 overs and signs off with the ball from international cricket!
