That is all from this game. Bangladesh take the lead but Zimbabwe have ample time to turn things around. Join us for the second match on the 5th of this month at 5.30 pm IST (12 pm GMT) and earlier for the build up. Till then, cheers
Najmul Hossain Shanto says everyone played well and is happy but there are still improvements needed. Tells Tanzid Hasan batted brilliantly and hopes he continues his form. Shares it's difficult to bat rain interrupts but they can't control it.
Taskin Ahmed wins the Man of the Match award. He says they have done the basics well today, they have trained well and are getting results now. Shares everyone are working hard and are looking forward to the next matches.
Sikandar Raza says the senior players have to put their hands up, they will take the harsh lessons and will learn from it. Adds Wellington Masakadza and Clive Madande played really well, the top order fell but they did well to play under pressure. Shares they need partnership in the next matches now. Tells they dropped  a few catches and it hurt them.
...Presentation...
For Bangladesh, it was about one partnership or one good innings and they got both. Hasan was the star with the bat and he got good support from the likes of Hridoy. The two put up a match winning partnership to give their side a lead in this series. A comfortable and overall a fantastic performance from Bangladesh.
A comfortable win in the end for Bangladesh! 125 was just never going to be enough. Zimbabwe did start well though with the ball as they got a couple of wickets early but their fielding let them down. Dropped catches is what cost them the game. Also, the rain did not help as it flattened the wicket. Still though, had the catches been taken, the game could have well been a little different.
