That is all from this game! Some brilliant bowling and fielding from the Sri Lankans have seen them level the series, heading into the third and final T20I of the series. That game will be played on the 7th of March and it begins at 1800 local (2200 GMT). We hope to have your company for that game. Until then, cheers!
Wanindu Hasaranga is named the PLAYER OF THE MATCH. He starts by saying that the wicket was slow and he was looking to bowl slowly by not giving too many boundaries. Adds that Akila comes with the new ball and he concentrates more on his line and length. Further says that he looks to keep it simple.
Earlier in the day, after getting to a good start due to the opening pair of Gunathilaka and Nissanka, who stitched a 95-run stand and set the platform for the Sri Lankans, the rest of the Sri Lankan team did not board the train as they collapsed and only added 66 runs in the last 10 overs, while also losing 6 wickets. Bravo was amazing with the ball and also orchestrated a run out which helped them turn the tide in their favor. In the end, it did not matter as the bowling by Sri Lanka has helped them win this game.
It was all about spin in the bowling by Sri Lanka. They were brilliant with the ball and also the changes brought about by Angelo Mathews in the bowling were on point and helped them snare wickets at regular intervals, which helped them apply the pressure on the hosts. Sandakan and Hasaranga were both very miserly with the ball and also snared 3 wickets to their name. Chameera and Akila were in the wickets column too. Only Perera was on the poor side with the ball but overall, Mathews will be a happy skipper with this bowling display.
A very comprehensive win for the Sri Lankans. They did lose their way towards the end, with the blade in hand but their bowling effort has been top-notch and they have done well to level the series now, with the final T20I to go. West Indies never got going with the bat. They lost a wicket early and Gayle and Simmons did well to steady things slightly. But once Gayle fell, the procession began. None of the batters were able to deal with the bowling of the visitors and they folded like a pack of cards. Pollard was present towards the end, but once he fell, the result was certainly in favor of Sri Lanka and they have won this game by 43 runs.

OUT! CAUGHT! Sandakan finishes the game with 3 wickets! Flighted delivery on middle, Sinclair sweeps it over square leg but does not get the timing on it. It goes towards the fielder where Nissanka moves to his right and takes a good catch. SRI LANKA WIN BY 43 RUNS!

OUT! BOWLED! Sandakan gets his second wicket and it is the end of McCoy's entertaining innings. He played well in his small cameo but it was too much for him to do, in the end. Tossed up delivery on middle, McCoy comes down the track and looks to swing at it but misses it and gets bowled. He missed it completely. 45 needed in 11 balls.

FOUR! Full on off, McCoy lofts it towards long off where the fielder tries to stop it but misfields and concedes a boundary. Perera is having a nightmare out there. Will hope to finish this over off well.
