Karachi: Lahore Qalandar’s Director Cricket Operations and former Test bowler Aaqib Javed has said that he wants all PSL matches to be complete, not favoring any one team without playing.
Talking through the video link, he said that Pakistan will have to take stern action against the players on match fixing. It is wrong to think that if the players are banned, we have no more options.
The former bowler said that we should have made rules against fixing long ago, Pakistani cricket has been reported in large numbers, it is also necessary to catch those who provoke them with the players. If there was a jail sentence, the players who were punished in the fixing should not be fed at all.
He added that if he won in 92, he was criticized by the same people in 96. If cricketers are to demand fitness then they should be compensated for maintaining quality, different countries. There must be competition between the T20 franchise teams.
