Lahore Qalandars batsman AB de Villiers has been led out of the rest of the Pakistan Super League following back damage.
De Villiers, who should be a piece of the two matches set to be played in Pakistan, won’t join the squad.
“I am baffled that I won’t almost certainly play before the energetic Pakistani cricket fans,” said AB in an announcement.
“I would like to be a piece of the HBL PSL one year from now and particularly want to have my impact in the arrival of worldwide cricket to the nation. I am supporting Lahore Qalandars to go the whole distance and win the trophy this year.”
The UAE leg of the PSL finishes on March 5 preceding the groups travel to Pakistan for the staying eight matches.
The Lahore leg of the PSL was as of late moved to Karachi by the PCB, refering to calculated and operational difficulties.
As per the modified timetable, the Pakistan-leg matches will begin on March 9 with each of the eight matches to be played at National Stadium Karachi.
